Junior Client Partner

We’re seeking a Client Partner to join our Sales team and help expand our client base while nurturing existing client relationships.

What you’ll do:

As a Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role comes with a clear sales target, making it perfect for a driven individual with a passion for business development and client relations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding your monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing existing accounts and converting inbound opportunities.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with your clients – ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Identify potential new clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term client partnerships.
  • Gathering & documenting project requirements to shape test approaches for client projects.
  • The creation and commercial sign-off of proposals and quotes.
  • Organising and booking client projects with our operations team.
  • Updating our CRM with detailed activities and next steps.
  • Representing zoonou at industry events, serving as a strong ambassador for our B Corp and employee-owned status.
