You’ll report to our Managing Director. We’re looking for the right person therefore salary is open to discussion during the interview process.

What you’ll do:
As our Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of delivering our company sales targets; you’ll lead and execute our sales strategy, driving growth in line with our core principles of ethical business and transparency. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and supporting our sales team, expanding our client base across key sectors and promoting our services in a way that reflects our commitment to doing business the right way.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Executing our sales strategy to generate growth in our key industries, with a focus on long-term, value-led relationships.
- Supporting and guiding our team to deliver against our sales targets.
- Measuring and analysing the health of our sales pipeline.
- Developing accurate revenue forecasts and set clear, measurable sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with our company goals and growth objectives.
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring our sales team to enhance their commercial skills, encouraging a balance between quality and quantity in their approach.
- Continuously evaluating and developing our sales processes to improve efficiencies and conversion rates.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, client needs, and service developments.
- Representing zoonou at industry events, serving as a strong ambassador for our B Corp and employee-owned status.
