We're the first QA company to become B Corp certified, working to make a positive impact for people, our communities, the environment, and championing positive business culture.
What is a B Corporation?
B Corp certification is an independent verification that a company meets high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. Assessed by the nonprofit organisation B Lab, it reflects a commitment to operating in a way that balances profit with positive impact - considering employees, clients, communities and the environment in every decision.
Becoming a B Corp means we’ve been assessed against these standards and have made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance. It also means being open about how we perform, sharing our progress publicly through our B Corp profile, annual impact reports and holding ourselves accountable to continuous improvement.
Our B Corp score
We became a B Corp in 2024, certifying for the first time with a score of 104.2 - well above the 80-point threshold. For context, most UK businesses score just over 50 points.
Certification required an in-depth business impact assessment, measuring our entire social and environmental impact. The assessment is tailored to each organisation, taking into account sector, size and location, as well as how the business impacts its people, customers, community, and the environment.
Our score reflects meeting the standards and going beyond them - from sustainable practices and inclusive workplace policies to our commitment to deliver responsible client work and community engagement.

As a certified B Corp, we're legally required to publish an annual impact report. Each report summarises what we've achieved, the lessons we’ve learned, and our plans for the year ahead - a key part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
