Sales Coordinator
Help keep our pipeline moving, admin tight and every handover smooth
Location: Hybrid - Eastbourne
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Zoonou is one of the UK’s leading software testing companies, 100% employee-owned and a Certified B Corporation®.
We don’t just test software - we help our clients create better digital experiences that work for everyone. Because we’re co-owners, we all have a genuine stake in how we do it.
We’re growing sustainably, balancing profit with purpose, and building a company that puts people first: our clients and each other. At Zoonou, the work matters. The way we do it matters even more.
The role
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational foundations - maybe you’ve worked in customer service, administration, sales coordination, or you simply have the kind of detail-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
If you’re curious, enjoy creating clarity from complexity, and want to help teams move opportunities forward, this is your chance to start a career at the heart of a growing commercial function. You’ll help keep the sales process running smoothly: preparing proposals, managing documentation, taking sharp notes, and keeping our CRM accurate so everyone knows what’s happening and what’s coming next.
With support from experienced colleagues, you’ll build confidence in lead nurturing and, over time, you'll be stepping in to support on sales calls. If you enjoy strengthening the sales process, supporting others, and contributing to shared goals, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do as our Sales Coordinator
You’ll work closely with the sales team to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly, stepping in to support wherever needed and helping ensure prospects and clients receive timely, professional responses.
A typical day might include:
- Preparing sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and client-facing materials.
- Managing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and easy to find.
- Keeping the CRM clean and current, logging activity and updating pipeline stages so the management team has full visibility.
- Supporting client and prospect follow-ups as directed, ensuring smooth handovers between team members.
- Coordinating across departments (including Operations and Project Managers) to help projects flow from initial enquiry to booking - and beyond.
- Attending team meetings and training to build product knowledge and strengthen your understanding of our sales process.
- Supporting internal reporting and updates, helping the team stay aligned on progress and priorities.
Every week will be slightly different, and you’ll get exposure to a wide range of clients and opportunities. You’ll be an important link between teams - helping keep communication crisp, tasks moving, and the sales process running efficiently.
A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours
You don’t need to tick every box - what matters most is being proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. If you’re looking to develop a career in sales within a supportive, structured environment, this could be a great fit.
Here’s what we think would set you up for success:
- Motivated, organised, and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail.
- Friendly and professional communication style, confident dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Strong admin skills and a methodical approach to managing tasks and documentation.
- Confident using multiple systems, particularly CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and supporting a team to achieve shared goals.
- Keen to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas to improve sales efficiency.
- Experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role (sales support or direct sales experience is a bonus, but not essential).
We’re looking for the best talent to join us on our journey; we’re also seeking people who demonstrate behaviours aligned with our core values – observance, curiosity, positivity, and one-team. At Zoonou, how you do things matters as much as what you do.
