Employee ownership at Zoonou

100% of our business is owned by our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) on behalf of all current Zoonou employees. 

Zoonou has always been about more than just profit; from the beginning it’s been about creating a good company. Employee ownership enables us to create a more equitable and fairer workplace. 

Alongside our B Corp certification, being employee-owned ensures we stay true to our founding ethos.

Our Board of Trustees

We have a Board of Trustees who manage our EOT. They ensure that decisions made by the Zoonou Board are aligned with our company mission and values.

We have five Trustee Directors including employees elected by our team, one of our co-founders and an independent trustee. Meet our inaugural Board of Trustees

Our Employee Council

Our elected Employee Council represent our employee-owners and act as a communication channel between our employee-owners and Board of Directors. They ensure that ideas and feedback are considered in strategic decisions and company policies.
