Pro bono work

Helping good organisations do good things

Each year, we offer pro bono support to four organisations whose work creates a positive impact.

As digital quality experts, we use our skills to help them improve their services, strengthen their teams, and achieve the impact they’re aiming for.

Why we offer pro bono work

We know many organisations are trying to achieve big things with limited resources and budgets, and we want to help them have the greatest impact possible by sharing our skills and knowledge.

Our pro-bono support is designed to create lasting change. We might carry out a product review, audit, consultancy or training - or a combination of all these. No two engagements are the same.

Everything we do is focused on helping teams work more effectively, improve processes, and build capability that lasts beyond the engagement.

Could we support you?

We take on one pro-bono client per quarter. Each engagement is time-boxed and clearly scoped to make sure our support is practical, focused, and tailored to your needs.

You might be a:

  • charity, CIC, or a not-for-profit
  • healthcare or wellbeing organisation
  • purpose-led startup working to benefit your community or the environment.

If your work is making a difference and you want to strengthen your digital services, we’d love to hear from you.
