However, if you’re delivering a complex project, require multiple testers with a planned and controlled approach that is repeatable, reliable and traceable, we can scale to meet demand.
We aim to gather as much information on your project as possible when assessing the test requirement. This may include wireframes, designs, functional/technical specs, SoWs and user requirements. We take care to analyse these in line with your business demands such as project schedule and budget to devise the best test solution for your project.
A dedicated project lead will manage the complete test effort for your project. Whether exploratory or scripted, the test team will approach the job in a structured and professional manner. Bugs and issues will be recorded in real-time in an online tracking tool, with a detailed daily report sent over to stakeholders at the end of each day of test.
Following fixes from the development team, we embark on a process of issue verification and retesting to check whether the fixes have been implemented correctly. Regression testing will also be carried out to ensure that updates have not adversely impacted other areas of the system. The issue tracker is updated and maintained with all new findings.
