Independent UAT services
Ensure successful software releases by validating that software meets end-user needs and business requirements with independent user acceptance testing.
Deliver value to end-users
User acceptance testing (UAT) is the final phase of software development. UAT is focused on user satisfaction and acceptance; it helps to identify any lingering bugs, usability issues, or gaps between the product and user expectations.
By identifying issues before launch, user acceptance testing services minimise the risk of costly post-release fixes. Whether you're deploying an update or launching a brand-new application, UAT ensures your software is ready for users.

'We were pleased that following effective testing pre-launch, we did not have any support tickets raised in the first week after launch. On other projects you’d expect a few, as more people use the site and find edge case issues not previously picked up.'
- Julia Sang, Senior Project Manager at Studio 24
Our user acceptance testing services
Outsourcing UAT is ideal when in-house resources are limited, tight deadlines exist or an unbiased evaluation is needed to ensure software meets user expectations.
We'll take responsibility for validating that software meets your business requirements and user needs before launch. A typical user acceptance testing project involves:
Requirements gathering: we'll work closely with your stakeholders to understand business requirements and user expectations. This phase includes reviewing documentation, functional specifications, user stories, and any critical use cases. If documentation is limited or unavailable, we can interview the business users to get the requirements directly from source.
Test planning and design: using this information, we'll create a UAT plan. This will include key areas of the software that need testing, test cases based on real-world user scenarios, and acceptance criteria. The plan will detail the testing scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Test execution: in a UAT test environment, our test analysts will execute the test cases. They'll simulate real-world scenarios, testing how users will interact with the software, and perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.
Issue reporting: issues are logged, prioritised, and reported to your development team. We provide detailed reports that describe the issues, the impact on users, and recommended fixes.
Retests and handover: following fixes, we'll retest issues to ensure they've been resolved and perform regression testing to ensure no new issues have been introduced. Once all issues are resolved, we'll confirm the software meets the acceptance criteria and is ready for release.
